A Simple Method of Drawing Hair.
From the "Draw" main menu, select 'Draw Textured Strokes 1 Color -- Light or Heavy'; or use 2 Color if you prefer. Set the current color to a color you desire for your hair(set the previous color to a color close to the current if using 2 color). Set the width as you want it (use 30 thru 50 or whatever depending on the image size). Just stroke in the style of hair you want similar to the below examples:
