A Quick and Easy Way to Frame Your Image.

Changing Picture Size and Framing. The above was drawn with a screen resolution of 800 by 600 pixels, decreased in size, and framed as below:
Draw to the full screen size of 800 by 600.
Under "View" menu, use 'Change Current Picture Size ( 10% each click) click twice.
Under "Edit-2" menu, click 'AutoCopy Full Screen Image (No Masking).
Under "View" menu, click 'Clear Screen - to my screen size' to clear screen and reset resolution.
Under "Edit-2" click 'Move Image to Screen (Centered) or under the "Edit" menu, use 'Move Image' to place picture in middle of screen or any other location.
Under "Shapes" menu, use 'Rectangle - Outline' and start in upper left corner to pull frame at whatever width you set. Or you can do one side at a time using solid, blend, or surround; you can also use 'Straight Line' with similar features.
Uner the "Fill" menu, use 'Fill Closed Area' to fill screen outside your frame. As Fill is a repeating function, remember to click "Resume Previous Function" in the right-click context menu.
